分区域带教法在急诊科临床实践教学效果研究

摘要 目的探究在急诊科临床实践教学过程中应用分区域带教法的效果。方法选取2019年6月一2020年9月该院急诊科护士84名,根据培训教学模式不同分为A组(n=42)(传统护理带教法),B组(n=42)(分区域带教法),观察两组护士急诊急救能力、护士满意程度调查评分以及专业考核成绩情况。结果B组护士预检分诊能力、观察评估能力、急救操作能力以及应急配合能力等方面的评分明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护士在明确学习目标、提高学习积极性、加强沟通表达能力以及提升学习效果显著高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组护士在专业理论知识及急救实践技能操作等方面评分明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论在开展急诊科临床实践教学过程中采用分区域带教法,可促使护士对于急诊专业知识进行熟练掌握-提高专业素养及急救能力,提升护士对于培训带教的满意程度。 Objective To explore the application of regional teaching method in emergency clinical practice teaching effect.Methods A total of 84 nurses in the emergency department of the hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected and divided into group A(n=42)(traditional nursing teaching method)and group B(n=42)(regional teaching method)according to different training and teaching modes,and two groups were observed of nurses'emergency first aid ability,survey scores of nurses'satisfaction,and professional assessment results.Results The scores of the nurses in group B in terms of pre-examination and triage ability,observation and evaluation ability,first aid operation ability and emergency cooperation ability were significantly higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group B nurses with clear learning goals and improving learning enthusiasm,strengthening communication and expression skills,and improving learning effects were significantly higher than those of group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);group B nurses were significantly better than group A in terms of professional theoretical knowledge and first aid practice skills,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of carrying out clinical practice teaching in the emergency department,the comfortable sub-regional teaching method can promote the nurses to master the emergency professional knowledge,improve the professional quality and first aid ability,and enhance the nurses'satisfaction with the training and teaching.
