某糖果生产企业职业健康现状分析 被引量:1

Analysis of the Status Quo of Occupational Health in a Candy Manufacturing Company

摘要 目的通过对某糖果企业职业危害因素和职业人群健康状况进行调查,为该企业的职业病防治提供依据。方法2020年7一11月期间,采用现场职业卫生学调查进行职业危害因素定性分析;按照《职业健康监护规范》(GBZ188-2014)对该I厂接触职业危害因素的685人在岗职工进行职业健康检查。结果该糖果企业主要存在的职业病危害因素有噪声、糖尘、高温和毒物(硫酸.甲醛、硫化氢、氨、重铬酸钾),接触职业有害因素的工人共685人,接触噪声岗位工人电测听异常检出率为7.09%,心电图异常检出率为11.69%,血压异常检出率为3.10%;接触糖尘岗位工人肺功能异常检出率为13.78%,X线胸片异常检出率为4.36%;接触高温岗位工人血压异常检出率为8.70%,心电图异常检出率为4.35%;接触毒物岗位作业工人肝功能异常检出率为75.00%,血常规异常检出率为33.33%。结论该糖果企业职业有害因素对职工健康产生明显损害,建议企业进一步采取相对应的有效措施。 Objective To provide a basis for the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases in a candy company by investigating the occupational hazards and the health status of the occupational population.Methods From July to November 2020,an on-site occupational hygiene survey was used to conduct a qualitative analysis of occupational hazard factors;in accordance with the"Occupational Health Monitoring Regulations"(GBZ 188-2014),occupational health examinations were conducted on 685 employees who were exposed to occupational hazards in the factory.Results The main occupational hazards of the candy company included noise,sugar dust high temperature and poisons(sulfuric acid,formaldehyde,hydrogen sulfide,ammonia,potassium dichromate).There were 685 workers exposed to occupational hazards and workers exposed to noise.The detection rate of electrical audiometry abnormality was 7.09%,the detection rate of ECG abnormality was 11.69%,the detection rate of blood pressure abnormality was 3.10%;the detection rate of abnormal lung function a mong workers exposed to sugar dust was 13.78%,and the abnormal detection rate of chest X-ray rate was 4.36%;the detection rate of abnormal blood pressure among workers exposed to high temperature was 8.70%,and the rate of abnormal ECG detection was 4.35%;the detection rate of abnormal liver function among workers exposed to toxic substances was 75.00%,and the detection rate of abnormal blood routine was 33.33%.Conclusion Occupational harmful factors of this candy enterprise have caused obvious damage to the health of employees,and it is recommended that the enterprise take further corre sponding effective measures.
