2016-2018年某院恶性肿瘤病案中ICD-10编码者发病及死亡情况的调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Incidence and Death of ICD-10 Coders in a Hospital's Malignant Tumor Medical Records from 2016 to 2018

目的了解某院恶性肿瘤病案中ICD-10编码患者发病及死亡情况,为今后预防与保健工作的开展提供依据。方法收集2016—2018年该院收治的恶性肿瘤患者病例信息,根据ICD-10编码进行分类,进行统计分析。结果共收治76396例恶性肿瘤患者,因恶性肿瘤死亡患者共198例,2016—2018年ICD-10编码者发病率均呈逐年上升趋势。3年内鼻咽癌、肺癌、肝癌一直处于该院恶性肿瘤发病构成的前3位,3年内血液淋巴瘤一直位于死因构成的第1位。男性恶性肿瘤死因前3位依次为血液淋巴瘤、肺癌、结直肠癌;女性恶性肿瘤死因前3位依次为血液淋巴瘤、乳腺癌、肺癌。结论应将鼻咽癌、肺癌、肝癌、血液淋巴瘤、结直肠癌作为重点防治的恶性肿瘤种类,对高危人群进行重点监测,早发现、早治疗,以降低患者病死率,减少家庭及社会负担。

Objective To understand the morbidity and death of patients with ICD-10 code in the malignant tumor medical record of a hospital,and to provide a basis for the development of prevention and health care in the future.Methods The case information of patients with malignant tumors admitted to the hospital from 2016 to 2018 was collected,classified according to ICD-10 codes,and statistically analyzed.Results A total of 76,396 patients with malignant tumors were treated,and a total of 198 patients died of malignant tumors.The incidence of ICD-10 coders from 2016 to 2018 showed an increasing trend year by year.Within 3 years,nasopharyngeal cancer,lung cancer,and liver cancer have been in the top 3 in the incidence of malignant tumors in the hospital,and blood lymphoma has been in the first in the cause of death within 3 years.The top 3 causes of death from male malignant tumors were hematological lymphoma,lung cancer,and colorectal cancer;the top 3 causes of death from female malignant tumors were hematological lymphoma,breast cancer,and lung cancer.Conclusion Nasopharyngeal cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,hematological lymphoma,and colorectal cancer should be the key malignant tumor types for prevention and treatment.High-risk populations should be monitored for early detection and treatment to reduce the case fatality rate of patients and reduce family and social burdens.
