摘要
目的①研究包头地区过敏性哮喘门急诊就诊例数与花粉浓度的相关性。②住院患者病情的轻重与花粉构成成分的相关性。方法收集内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第二附属医院呼吸科、急诊科2019年全年(12个月)门诊的就诊例数以及同期呼吸科病房哮喘的住院例数,同时收集该院耳鼻喉科每日发布的花粉浓度数据2019年全年(12个月)以及其主要的花粉构成成分,分别对二者进行分析。结果通过对数据的整理分析,得出:①花粉浓度的高低与门急诊患者的就诊例数呈正相关(相关系数R=0.984,P<0.001)。②住院重症患者与蒿属花粉浓度呈正相关(相关系数R=0.820,P<0.05)。结论可以认为花粉浓度的高低与过敏性哮喘患者就诊例数是正相关,蒿属花粉浓度的高低与重症患者的例数是正相关.
Objective 1.To study the correlation between the number of outpatients and the pollen concentration of allergic asthma in Baotou area 2.The correlation between the severity of the inpatients and the composition of pollen.Methods The number of outpatient visits in the respiratory department and emergency department of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology in 2019(12 months)and the number of asthma inpatients in the respiratory ward during the same period were collected.At the same time,the otolaryngology department of this hospital was released daily pollen concentration data for the whole year of2019(12 months)and its main pollen components were analyzed separately.Results Through the analysis of the data,it is concluded that:1.The level of pollen concentration was positively correlated with the number of outpatient and emergency patients(correlation coefficient R=0.984,P<0.001).2.The concentration of artemisia pollen in hospitalized severely ill patients was positively correlated(correlation coefficient R=0.820,P<0.05).Conclusion It can be considered that the pollen concentration is positively correlated with the number of patients with allergic asthma,and the pollen concentration of Artemisia is positively correlated with the number of severely ill patients.
