“时间银行”互助养老模式发展新探索

New Exploration of the Development of"Time Bank"Mutual Assistance Pension Model

随着中国老龄化社会进程的加快,养老问题成为我国面临的棘手问题。社区作为承担部分养老责任的主体,其优势越来越受到重视,而“时间银行”互助养老服务模式已成为我国社区养老的主流模式之一,在缓解我国的养老压力、提升社区的养老服务水平和提高老年人的养老质量等方面,发挥了积极作用。该文依据在山东省社区调查研究,试图分析我国“时间银行”互助养老金模式面临的主要障碍,以求促进对“时间银行”互助养老这种新型模式发展。

With the accelerating process of China's aging society,the issue of elderly care has become a thorny issue facing our country.As the main body that undertakes part of the pension responsibilities,the community has received more and more attention on its advantages,and the"time bank"mutual assistance pension service model has become one of the mainstream models of community pension in our country,which has played a positive role in alleviating the pressure on the elderly in our country,improving the level of elderly care services in the community,and improving the quality of elderly care for the elderly.Based on community surveys and studies in Shandong Province,this article attempts to analyze the main obstacles faced by our country's"Time Bank"mutual pension model,in order to promote the development of the new model of"Time Bank"mutual pension.
