摘要
护理工作环境对护士心理结局的相关性影响起着重要的作用。该文通过检索国内外数据库-对近年来护理工作环境在护士心理结局的应用现状、效果及相关性研究进行文献综述。结果发现改善护理工作环境在护士心理结局方面取得了积极的效果,同时有利于缓解护士情绪衰竭、增加心理授权并能提高工作满意度及降低职业疲倦感。以此得出护理管理者应注重护理工作环境的改善,从而缓解因护士心理结局的问题对护理质量的影响。
Nursing work environment plays an important role in the relevance of nurses'psychological outcomes.In this article,by searching domestic and foreign databases,a literature review of the application status,effect and correlation of nursing work environment in nurses'psychological outcomes in recent years is carried out.The results found that improving the nursing work environment had a positive effect on the psychological outcomes of nurses,and at the same time helped relieve nurses'emotional exhaustion,increase psychological empowerment,increase job satisfaction and reduce professional fatigue.It can be concluded that nursing managers should pay attention to the improvement of nursing work environment,so as to alleviate the impact of nurses'psychological outcome on the quality of nursing.
