摘要
[目的]为获得对辣椒疫霉(Phytophthora capsici)具有生防效果的放线菌。[方法]采用平皿对峙法从辣椒根际56份土样中,分离筛选出1株对辣椒疫霉具有明显拮抗作用的放线菌LY26,测定了其对14种植物病原菌的抑菌效果。[结果]菌株LY26对供试病原菌中的卵菌均具有较好的抑制作用,对辣椒疫霉的抑菌效果最佳,抑制率高达97.56%。离体接种试验和盆栽试验结果表明施用LY26发酵液对辣椒疫病具有良好的防效。形态学和16S rDNA序列表明菌株LY26为链霉菌(Streptomyces sp.)。[结论]链霉菌LY26对辣椒疫霉具有生防潜力,有进一步研究鉴定其抗菌活性物质的价值。
[Aims] This study aims to obtain an actinomycete with biocontrol effect against Phytophthora capsici.[Methods] A strain of actinomycete LY26 with obvious antagonistic effect against P. capsici was isolated from 56 soil samples of pepper rhizosphere by plate confrontation method. [Results] The results showed that strain LY26 had a good inhibitory effect on oomycetes of the tested pathogens, and the inhibition rate was 97.56% against P. capsici. The results of in vitro inoculation test and pot experiment showed that LY26 fermentation broth had good control effect on pepper phytophthora blight. Morphology and 16 S r DNA sequence showed that strain LY26 was Streptomyces sp.[Conclusions] Streptomyces LY26 has biocontrol potential against P. capsici, and has the value for further study to identification of its antioomycetes substances.
