摘要
目的探讨热浪天气对中国人群死亡的影响。方法检索中国知网数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库(VIP)、PubMed数据库和Web of Science数据库,并辅以手工检索和参考文献追溯法收集截止2020年12月31日公开发表的关于热浪对中国人群死亡影响的相关文献;采用Stata16.0软件对纳入的文献进行Meta分析。结果本次研究共纳入13篇热浪对中国人群死亡影响的相关文献。Meta分析结果显示,热浪对中国人群非意外死亡、心血管疾病、呼吸系统疾病、卒中和COPD人群死亡的风险(RR及95%CI)分别为1.21(1.131.29)、1.26(1.141.38)、1.17(1.071.28)、1.11(1.031.20)和1.15(1.011.31)。亚组分析结果显示,男性(RR=1.14,95%CI=1.091.19)、女性(RR=1.18,95%CI=1.101.27)、0岁(RR=1.18,95%CI=1.031.35)、65岁(RR=1.07,95%CI=1.011.12)、≥75岁(RR=1.15,95%CI=1.111.18)、教育年限<6年(RR=1.22,95%CI=1.081.37)、教育年限≥6年(RR=1.11,95%CI=1.071.16)。结论热浪对中国人群健康有严重的影响,需要加强高温热浪天气预警系统建设,保护敏感人群。
Objective To explore the impact of heat waves on deaths in Chinese population.Methods The related literature on the impact of heat waves on deaths in our country were collected from the China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Wanfang Database,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),PubMed Database and Web of Science Database;manual search and document tracing method were used to collect public publications until December 31,2020.Stata16.0 software was used to perform Meta-analysis.Results A total of 13 related literatures on the impact of heat waves on the death of Chinese people were included in this study.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that the risk of death(RR and 95%CI)of heat waves to the Chinese population of non-accidental death,cardiovascular disease,respiratory disease,stroke and COPD population were 1.21(1.13-1.29)and 1.26(1.14-1.38),1.17(1.07-1.28),1.11(1.03-1.20)and 1.15(1.01-1.31),respectively.The results of subgroup analysis showed that males,females,0-years old,65-years old,≥75 years old,years of education<6 years,years of education≥6 years were 1.14(95%CI=1.09-1.19),1.18(95%CI=1.10-1.27),1.18(95%CI=1.03-1.35),1.07(95%CI=1.01-1.12),1.15(95%CI=1.11-1.18),1.22(95%CI=1.08-1.37)and 1.11(95%CI=1.07-1.16),respectively.Conclusions The heat wave had a serious impact on the health of the Chinese population.It should be necessary to strengthen the construction of a high temperature heat wave warning system to protect sensitive people.
