包虫病感染过程中代谢物与代谢组学的相关研究进展 被引量:3

Advances in metabolites and metabolomics in hydatid infection

摘要 包虫病又称棘球蚴病,包括囊型包虫病和泡型包虫病,是一种重要的人畜共患寄生虫病,在全球很多地区广泛流行,如果不及时治疗,具有较高的死亡率,已成为严重危害人民健康的重大公共卫生问题。因此,尽早开展诊断一直是包虫病研究的重要问题。近年来,代谢组学的兴起提供了一个很好的探讨宿主-宿主相互作用的工具,也有许多研究集中在包虫感染的小分子代谢物上,这些研究的目的是发现与包虫感染过程中有关的关键分子,以及探明感染过程中宿主的代谢变化。因此,本文集中讨论了包虫感染后宿主内源性代谢产物的变化以及体外培养液环境下用代谢组学的方法检测包虫与其生长介质交界处的代谢变化,从而探讨其在包虫病诊断方法上的应用和治疗包虫病药物研究及其未来的发展前景。 Echinococcosis,also known as hydatidosis,including cystic echinococcosis and alveolar echinococcosis,is a type of important zoonotic parasitic disease widely spread in many parts of the world. Echinococcosis has become a major public health problem that will result in serious damages for human health. If it is not well treated,echinococcosis has a high mortality rate. Therefore,it is important to found the useful diagnosis method as early as possible. In recent years,the rise of concern of metabolomics has provided a good tool for exploring host-host interactions while there have many studies focused on small molecule metabolites of hydatid infection and these studies aim to discover key molecules associated with the process of hydatid infection and to identify metabolic changes in the host during infection. Hence,the changes of endogenous metabolites in biological system infected with hydatid were analyzed to reveal the metabolic pathways of the biological system,and evaluate its possible application in the diagnosis of hydatidosis.
