行业院校思想政治教育的双轨制模式——以北京电子科技学院为例

新形势下,行业院校需要紧跟国家、社会与行业的发展,针对行业工作特点与实际需求,结合当代大学生的特点,在教育部要求的四门核心课程之夕卜,通过对入学教育、行业概论课程、行业专业课程、第二课堂、行业实习、课程思政等重要环节的有效设计与整合,形成具有行业特色的思想政治教育体系,从而构建行业院校思想政治教育的双轨制模式。行业院校的思政教育需要抓准着力点,发挥全员育人的协同效应,重视校园文化的涵养作用,注重行业人才与全人培养之间的平衡,以教师学术职业发展带动学生的成长发展,从而做到有的放矢,形成具有鲜明行业特色与校本特色的全方位立体化思政教育平台。

Under the new situation,the ideological and political education in specialized colleges needs to keep up with the development of the country,society and the corresponding specilized profession.Aimed at the characteristics and actual needs of the specilized profession,and in combination with the characteristics of contemporary university students,in addition to the four core courses required by the Ministry of Education,the ideological and political education with characteristics of the profession in specialized colleges should be strengthened,through the effective design and integration of the enrollment education,the introduction to the profession and related professions,the extra-curriculum class and the practice of the profession,curriculum ideological and political education.Thus,we can establish a double track mode of ideological and political education system in specialized colleges.The ideological and political education in specialized colleges needs to focus on the key points,play the synergy effect of all-round education,attach importance to the self-cultivation of campus culture,pay attention to the balance between professional talents and whole-person training,promote students'growth and development by the development of teachers,academic career.All these work together so as to form an all-round and three-dimensional ideological and political education platform with distinctive characteristics of both the specilized profession and the specilized college.
