Research on the High-quality Development of Higher Continuing Education in China

我国经济已由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,高质量发展需要高质量人才。特别是在目前我国经济发展进程中物质资源大量投入已触及"天花板"的情况下,更应提升与发挥人力资源的独特作用。本文重点关注作为我国人才培养必要环节的高等继续教育应如何形成高质量人才供给的问题。通过对我国高等继续教育发展现状的剖析,在数据分析与理论阐述基础上得出结论:我国高等继续教育市场潜力巨大,并提出发展对策。

Chinese economy has been developing from rapid growth stage to the high quality development stage. This transformation needs high quality personnel, especially when material resources have met the glass ceiling. We should improve and take advantage of human resources in future development. In this paper, we focus on how continuing talent training, which is the necessary link to the continuing higher education in China, contributes to high quality talent supply. By analyzing the current situation of Chinese continuing higher education,on the basis of data and theoretical analysis, we find huge market potential for China’s continuing higher education, and put forward development measures.
