长期应用质子泵抑制剂治疗胃食管反流病和Barrett食管及其利弊的研究进展

Research advances on long-term proton pump inhibitors application in gastroesophageal reflux disease and Barrett’s esophagus: Pros and Cons

质子泵抑制剂(PPIs)是目前全世界被使用最频繁的药物之一,在治疗消化道疾病中发挥着重要的作用。滥用PPIs成为了全球不可忽视的问题,长期应用PPIs治疗胃食管反流病和Barrett食管,一方面缓解了患者的症状,另一方面却也增加了不可忽视的潜在风险。本文就近年来长期应用PPIs治疗胃食管反流病及其并发症Barrett食管的利弊作一综述,目的在于引起临床医生的重视,在给予患者使用PPIs时应充分权衡利弊,做到科学合理地个体化用药。

Proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) are currently one of the most frequently prescribed drugs in the world, and they play an important role in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.The abuse of PPIs has become a global problem that can’t be ignored.Long-term PPIs use to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD) and Barrett’s esophagus can not only alleviate symptoms, but also increase potential risks.This review is about advance of the long-term PPIs use in the treatment of GERD and Barrett’s esophagus in recent years.Our purpose is to attract the attention of clinicians on the advantages and disadvantages of PPIs, which should be fully weighed when PPIs are given to patients so as to realize reasonable and individualized medication.
