响应面法优化沙棘鲜果渣干燥工艺

Optimization of Drying Technology of Hippophae Rhamnoides Residue by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以沙棘果渣为原料,用自主研发的鲜果渣自动干燥机进行干燥,以罐内温度、装样量、出风口湿度3个因素为自变量,果渣含水率为因变量进行单因素试验。在此基础上,利用罐内温度、装样量、出风口湿度3个因素进行响应面试验优化研究,用Design Expert 8.06软件对果渣含水率进行多元回归模型拟合分析。分析表明,最佳干燥工艺为罐内温度70℃,装样量102 kg,出风口湿度12%,得到的果渣含水率为7.18%. Single factor test for Hippophae rhamnoides residue which was dried using self-developed automatic drying machine was carried out with tank temperature,handling capacity,outlet humidity as independent variable,and moisture content of residue was dependent variable.On the base,Extraction of tank temperature,handling capacity,outlet humidity was optimized by response surface method.The results were analyzed by Design Expert 8.06 sofeware.It showed that the optimimun extraction conditions were tank temperature at 70℃,handling capacity at 102 kg,and outlet humidity at 12%.Meanwhile,the moisture content of residue was 7.18%.
