木枣不同发育时期总黄酮含量测定研究 被引量:3

摘要 笔者以木枣为研究材料,建立了一种枣果中总黄酮含量的测定方法,探讨了木枣在果实膨大期、白熟期、半红期和全红期的总黄酮变化规律。结果表明,本研究建立的黄酮测定方法精密度高、重复性好,操作简单方便,可用于枣果总黄酮含量测定。木枣中总黄酮含量呈先升高后降低的趋势,白熟期黄酮含量最高,达63.75 mg/g;全红期最低,仅2.06 mg/g.试验结果可为进一步开发利用木枣提供数据支撑。 A method for the content determination of total flavonoids in the fruit of Ziziphus jujube was established.Meanwhile,Changes of total flavonoids in Ziziphus jujube during the period of fruit expansion,white ripening,half red and full red was explored.The results showed that the established method could be used for the determination of total flavonoids in the fruit of Ziziphus jujube which had high precision,good repeatability,simple and convenient operation.The content of total flavonoids in Ziziphus jujube showed a trend of increased first and then decreased.The content of total flavonoids reached the highest in white ripening stage(63.75 mg/g),and the lowest in full red stage(2.06 mg/g).The results could provide data support for the further development and utilization of Ziziphus jujube.
