俄格战争可以说是现代战争史上的一个分水岭,它是冷战以来俄罗斯地面部队首次入侵一个主权国家,并首次采用网络战与其他常规军事力量相融合的作战方式,最终以压倒性的态势赢得了这场战争,这其中网络战功不可没。分析了俄军网络战运用特点,为我军网络战建设提供了借鉴参考。

The Russia-Georgia War can be said to be a watershed in modern war history.It marked the first time since the Cold War that Russian ground forces invaded a sovereign country.It was also the first war to integrate network warfare with other conventional military forces.The Russian army finally won the war with an overwhelming posture,of which the network warfare is indispensable.This paper analyzes the characteristics of the Russian army’s implementation of network warfare,and provides reference for our army’s construction of network warfare.
