为解决复杂的战场环境中通信干扰目标威胁能力评估问题,遵循科学性、可定量性、可行性等原则,通过分析敌方平台目标和我方通信系统指标,确立评估指标因素。通过建立判断矩阵和效用函数值矩阵,使用层次效用方法进行通信干扰目标威胁度评估,结合侦察数据进行验证,结果符合预期。

In order to solve the problem of threat capability evaluation of communication jamming target in complex battlefield environment,following the principles of scientificity,quantification and feasibility,etc.,this paper establishes the evaluation index factors by analyzing the enemy platform target and our communication system index.Through the establishment of judgment matrix and utility function value matrix,a hierarchical-utility method is used to evaluate the threat of communication jamming targets,combined with reconnaissance data for verification,and the results are in line with expectations.
