摘要
舰载设备需在高温、高湿、高盐雾的海洋恶劣环境下工作且发热量大,针对这种情况,设计了一种强迫风冷密闭机箱。机箱设计有独立风道,气流只通过风道流通,不与机箱内部器件直接接触,使机箱内部与外界完全隔离,满足设备抗湿热、盐雾和霉菌的要求。热仿真分析用于验证散热结论,优化了模块布局,从而达到设计要求。
Shipboard equipment needs to work in the harsh ocean environment of high temperature,high humidity and high salinity.In view of this situation,the forced air cooling airtight case is designed.The airtight case is designed with independent air duct,and the air flow only flows through the air duct,does not contact with the electronic components inside the case directly,so the inside of the case is completely isolated from the outside world,which meets the requirements of the equipment to resist heat,salt spray and mold.Thermal simulation analysis is used to verify the heat dissipation conclusion and optimize the module layout to meet the design requirements.
