摘要
目前我国服装产品库存高,而顾客的个性化需求得不到充分满足,主要原因在于供需错配,传统服装制造业和零售业需要向新制造和新供需方向转变。在移动互联网时代背景下,基于C2M模式的服装智能制造体系的构建,是以消费者为中心的数字化战略,使工厂型供应商通过信息交互平台直接与消费者互动,通过智能工厂快速制造个性化定制服装。此模式能够按需生产满足消费者个性化需求,能进行快速反应而不显著增加成本,C2M商业模式有利于降低企业库存风险,提高产品有效供给率。
At present, China’s clothing product inventory is high, and the personalized needs of customers are not fully met. The main reason lies in the mismatch between the supply and the demand. Traditional clothing manufacturing and retail industry need to change to new manufacturing and new supply and demand. Under the background of mobile Internet era, the construction of clothing intelligent manufacturing system based on C2 M mode is a consumer centered digital strategy. It enables factories to interact with consumers directly through information interaction platform, and custom clothing can be rapidly manufactured through intelligent factories. With the application of C2 M mode, the intelligent factory of clothing enterprise can not only produce according to the personalized needs of consumers, but also respond quickly without significantly increasing the cost. C2 M business model is conducive to reduce the inventory risk of enterprises and improve the effective supply rate of products.
