摘要 目的:分析高通量血液透析在终末期慢性肾脏病(ESRD)患者中的应用及安全性。方法:选取86例ESRD患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,每组各43例。对照组予以常规血液透析治疗,研究组予以高通量血液透析治疗,对比两组疗效、并发症状况以及治疗前后肾功能指标[血尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(SCr)、血尿酸(BUA)、β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)]、微炎症指标[血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素细胞-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)]变化。结果:治疗后研究组总有效率高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组BUN、SCr、BUA、β2-MG水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组血清CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:高通量血液透析治疗ESRD效果显著,可明显改善微炎症状态,增强肾功能,减少并发症的发生。 Objective: To analyze the application and safety of high-flux hemodialysis(HF-HD)in patients with end-stage renal disease(ESRD). Methods: 86 cases of ESRD patients were randomized into the control group and study group, each with 43 cases. The control group underwent conventional hemodialysis treatment, while the study group were given HF-HD treatment. Then the curative effect, complications, renal function indexes(including BUN, SCr, BUA and β2-MG), and micro-inflammation indexes(including CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α)before and after the treatment were compared between both groups. Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group, which was of statistical significance(P<0.05);BUN, SCr, BUA and β2-MG in the study group were less than those in the control group(P<0.05);the serum CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);and the complication rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: HF-HD therapy for patients with ESRD is effective, which can significantly improve the state of micro-inflammation, enhance renal functions and reduce the incidence of complications of patients.
