参芪降糖颗粒联合门冬胰岛素30注射液对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖水平及不良妊娠结局的影响

Effects of Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with insulin aspart 30 injection on blood glucose levels and adverse pregnancy outcomes in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨参芪降糖颗粒联合门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)的效果。方法:选取104例GDM患者,按照不同的治疗方法分为单一组和联合组,每组各52例。单一组采用门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗,联合组在单一组基础上采用参芪降糖颗粒治疗。比较两组疗效,治疗前、治疗4周后血糖水平[空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPG)]、血脂水平[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]、血清晚期氧化蛋白产物(AOPP)、网膜素-1(Omentin-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)水平及不良妊娠结局。结果:联合组总有效率高于单一组(P<0.05);治疗4周后联合组FPG、2 hPG、TG、TC水平低于单一组(P<0.05);治疗4周后联合组血清AOPP、VCAM-1水平低于单一组,Omentin-1水平高于单一组(P<0.05);联合组不良妊娠结局发生率低于单一组(P<0.05)。结论:参芪降糖颗粒联合门冬胰岛素30注射液治疗GDM效果显著,能降低血糖血脂水平,调节血清Omentin-1、AOPP、VCAM-1水平,改善不良妊娠结局。

Objective:To investigate the effects of Shenqi Jiangtang granules combined with insulin 30 aspart injection in the treatment of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods:A total of 104 patients with GDM were selected and divided into the single treatment group and combined treatment group according to different treatment methods,with 52 cases in each group.The single treatment group was treated with insulin aspart 30 injection,and the combined treatment group was treated with Shenqi Jiangtang granules on the basis of the treatment for single group.The efficacy,the blood glucose level(including FPG and 2 hPG),the blood lipid level(including TG and TC),the serum level of AOPP,omentin-1,VCAM-1 and the adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the 2 groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of combined treatment group was higher than that of single group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of FPG,2 hPG,TG and TC in combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group(P<0.05);the serum levels of AOPP and VCAM-1 in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,while omentin-1 level was higher than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the combined treatment group was lower than that of the single treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Jiangtang granule combined with insulin aspart 30 injection has gained a significant therapeutic effect on GDM,which can reduce blood glucose and lipid levels,regulate serum omentin-1,AOPP and VCAM-1 levels,and improve the adverse pregnancy outcomes in GDM patients.
