自拟温阳暖胞汤对子宫腺肌病痛经患者临床证候及性激素的影响

Effect of self-made Wenyang Nuanbao decoction on clinical syndromes and sex hormones in patients with adenomyosis and dysmenorrhea

目的:探讨自拟温阳暖胞汤对子宫腺肌病痛经患者临床证候及性激素的影响。方法:选取86例子宫腺肌病痛经患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组43例给予米非司酮联合地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组43例在对照组基础上加用自拟温阳暖胞汤治疗。观察两组中医证候积分、痛经程度评分及性激素水平。结果:治疗后,观察组中医证候积分(经期、腹痛、血块、经量)低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组痛经程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组雌二醇(E2)、黄体生成素(LH)、血清卵泡刺激素(FSH)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自拟温阳暖胞汤可通过调节子宫腺肌病痛经患者性激素水平,缓解痛经程度,改善临床症状。

Objective:To investigate the effect of self-made Wenyang Nuanbao decoction on the clinical syndromes and sex hormones in patients with adenomyosis and dysmenorrhea.Methods:86 patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea were randomized into 2 groups,43 patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone combined with dydrogesterone tablets,another 43 cases in the observation group were treated with self-made Wenyang Nuanbao decoction on the basis of the treatment for the control group.Then,the scores of TCM syndromes and dysmenorrhea,and sex hormone levels of patients were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes(including menstruation,abdominal pain,blood clots and menstrual volume)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the score of dysmenorrhea in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of alcohol(E2),luteinizing hormone(LH),and serum follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-made Wenyang Nuanbao decoction can relieve the degree of dysmenorrhea and improve the clinical symptoms by regulating the level of sex hormones in patients with adenomyosis dysmenorrhea.
