重建髓内钉和股骨近段锁定钢板治疗中青年股骨转子下骨折的对比分析

Effects of reconstruction intramedullary nails and proximal femoral locking plate on the treatment of subtrochanteric fracture in young and middle-aged patients

目的:比较重建髓内钉和股骨近段锁定钢板治疗中青年股骨转子下骨折的效果。方法:选取68例中青年股骨转子下骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组。髓内钉组32例,采用重建髓内钉进行固定治疗;钢板组36例,采用股骨近段锁定钢板进行固定治疗。结果:髓内钉组切口长度比钢板组短,失血量比钢板组少,骨折愈合时间、下地负重时间、手术时间比钢板组短,Harris评分、总有效率比钢板组高(P<0.05)。结论:针对中青年股骨转子下骨折患者,采用重建髓内钉进行固定治疗较采用股骨近段锁定钢板进行固定治疗的效果更为显著,且安全性更高。

Objective: To investigate the different efficacy between reconstruction intramedullary nail and proximal femoral locking plate in the treatment of young and middle-aged patients with subtrochanteric fracture. Methods: 68 young and middle-aged patients with subtrochanteric fracture were randomized into two groups. The intramedullary nail group(32 cases) were treated with reconstructed intramedullary nail, while another 36 patients in plate group were treated with proximal femoral locking plate. Results: Compared with the plate group, the incision length was shorter and blood loss was less in the intramedullary nail group, the fracture healing time, weight-bearing walking time and the operation time were shorter, and the Harris score and total effective rate were higher(P<0.05). Conclusions: For young and middle-aged patients with subtrochanteric fractures, the treatment with reconstruction intramedullary nail is more effective and safer than with proximal femoral locking plate.
