痛风与骨密度变化的相关研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between gout and changes in bone mineral density

体内尿酸水平长期升高,会引起尿酸盐沉积,造成尿酸盐结晶从而导致痛风。其不仅与心血管病、糖尿病等疾病有密切联系,还影响骨密度的变化。笔者对骨密度与痛风的相关性,以及血尿酸对骨的保护作用和破坏作用的研究进展进行综述。

Objective:Long-term elevated levels of uric acid in the body can cause urate deposition,which can lead to urate crystal and finally result in gout.Gout is not only closely related to cardiovascular diseases,diabetes,and etc.,but it also affects the change of bone mineral density(BMD).In this paper,the correlation between bone mineral density and gout,and the protective and destructive effects of serum uric acid on bone are reviewed.
