泊沙康唑联合两性霉素B脂质体治疗鼻-眼-脑型毛霉菌病1例并 文献复习

Posaconazole combined with amphotericin B liposome for the treatment of rhino-orbital-cerebral mucormycosis: a case report and literature review

鼻-眼-脑型毛霉菌感染病情凶险,进展迅速,早发现、早诊断是提高治愈率的关键。泊沙康唑联合两性霉素B脂质体鞘内注射成功治疗脑毛霉菌病报道较少。本文对某院1例使用泊沙康唑联合静脉滴注、鞘内注射两性霉素B脂质体成功治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病合并鼻-眼-脑型毛霉菌病的病例进行报告及文献复习。

Rhino-orbital-cerebral mucormycosis is an extremely dangerous disease with rapid progress,early detection and early diagnosis is the key to improve the cure rate.There are few reports on successful treatment for cerebral mucormycosis through intrathecal injection of posaconazole combined with amphotericin B liposome.In this article,successful treatment of one case of rhino-orbital-cerebral mucormycosis through posaconazole combined with intravenous drip and intrathecal injection of amphotericin B liposome in a hospital is reported and related literatures are reviewed.
