摘要
在老龄化快速发展背景下,社区商业和社区居家养老在消费的“最后一公里”相遇相融。社区商业与居家社区养老模式相契合,但也存在“不适老、不适时”问题。按照商业模式创新要素模型,社区商业模式创新可以有三种思路:一是市场拉动下“产品服务升级型”社区商业模式创新,二是政策推动下“医养商融合型”社区商业模式创新,三是技术驱动下“O2O智慧型”社区商业模式创新。
In the context of the rapid development of aging,community businesses and home-based community care and meet merge in the"last mile"of consumption.Community business and the home-based community care model fit,but there are also problems of"unfit for old age,untimely".According to the business model innovation element model,community business model can be innovated according to the following three ideas:firstly,market-oriented"product and service upgrading"community business model innovation;secondly,policy-driven"medical and care provider integration"community business model innovation;thirdly,technology-driven"O2O intelligent community business model innovation.
