本院单机设备报告无纸化的实践探索

Practice and Exploration of Paperless Stand-Alone Equipment Report in Our Hospital

病案无纸化是当前医院信息化建设的热点,许多医院已经实现了大部分病案资料的无纸化,但是大量的单机设备所产生的纸质报告仍是病案无纸化的巨大障碍。本研究重在探索单机设备报告无纸化实现方式,以解决病案无纸化过程中剩余纸质报告无纸化问题。通过构建单机工作站,采用虚拟打印队列技术,使设备工作站摆脱平台和厂家限制,实现了单机设备报告的无纸化,2019年共节约成本约16万元,提高了病案无纸化率,降低了成本,提升了效率,为实现病案的彻底无纸化提供了可行的参考方案。

The paperless medical record is a hot spot in the current hospital information construction.Many hospitals have realized the paperless of most medical record data,but the paper report produced by a large number of stand-alone equipment is still a huge obstacle to the paperless medical record.This research focused on the realization of paperless report of single equipment to solve the problem of paperless remaining paper in the process of paperless medical records.By building a stand-alone workstation and the use of the virtual print queue,the equipment workstation can get rid of the limitation of platform and manufacturer,and realized the paperless reporting of stand-alone equipment.In 2019,the total cost was saved about 160 thousand yuan,the paperless rate of medical records was increased,the cost was reduced,and the efficiency was improved,which provided a feasible reference scheme for realizing the complete paperless reporting of medical records.
