摘要
本文介绍了超声设备GE LOGIQ E9的结构和原理,并阐述了设备开机缓慢、设备图像扫描区域无回声及开机重启三例故障,分别为前端部分故障、后端部分故障、开机重启故障。通过设备的结构原理把故障锁定在前端或后端区域,再通过对前后端板路逐一排查找到故障原因,最终通过更换板件、电源、解除后端处理器及BIOS排除故障。通过总结该机器在启动中和启动后的相关案例的常用维修思路及方法,可以帮助工程师根据故障现象快速解决问题,确保设备正常运行。
This article introduced the structure and principle of the ultrasound equipment GE LOGIQ E9,and explained three examples of faults,including slow booting of the device,no echo in the image scanning area of the device and restarting of the device,which fault one was the front-end part fault,the second fault was the back-end part fault,and the third fault was starting up and restarting failure.The fault was locked in the front or back area through the structural principle of the device,and the cause of the fault is found row by row through the front and rear boards.Finally,the fault was eliminated by replacing the board,power supply,remove the back end processor and BIOS troubleshooting.By summarizing the common maintenance ideas and methods of related cases of the machine during and after the start-up,it can help engineers quickly solve problems according to the fault phenomenon and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
