摘要
针对方家山核电厂装卸料机投运后在装卸料机控制系统运行、维护过程中遇到的抓具状态检测开关故障、闭路电视系统干扰、抓具带载判断逻辑不完善、大车跑偏、卡死等典型故障问题,进行了理论分析,并提出了针对性的改进措施。相关的分析方法和对策在一定程度上改善了设备运行状态、保障了装卸料工作正常开展,其后续的改进方法,对国产装卸料机后续的改进和发展具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
The paper mainly carried out a theoretical analysis with regard to the typical faults of the failure of grab state detection switch,the interference of closed circuit television system,the incomplete judgment logic of grab with load,the cart deviation and jam after the operation of the manipulator crane in Fangjiashan Nuclear Power Plant,and presented specific improvements.The relevant methods improved the running state of equipment,and ensured the normal operation of fuel handling work.Generally,the improved measures provide a reference and guidance for the subsequent improvement and development of domestic manipulator crane.
