随着网络媒体时代的到来,新媒体成为人们获取信息、休闲娱乐的主要途径之一。面对网络媒体的海量信息,广播电视监测监管部门迫切需要提升监测监管手段,以利于净化网络环境。通过图像、文字、视频、音频样本等方式匹配搜索识别相关信息的技术方法,为监测监管网络新媒体提供有效的技术支持。

With the advent of network media era,new media has become the main way for people to obtain information and entertainment.China has gradually strengthened the supervision of network new media,so there is an urgent demand on monitoring and supervision technology.This paper introduces the technical method of matching and identifying relevant information through image,text,video and audio samples,so as to provide effective technical support for monitoring new media of regulatory network.
