摘要
对四川师范大学体育学院2014级-2017级本科学生进行专业认同问卷调查,从中对715份有效问卷进行数据分析,获取该范围群体专业认同的整体状况,分析不同性别、不同专业、不同年级、不同居住地、不同成绩水平以及不同报考意愿对专业认同的影响。结果表明:该学院学生专业认同得分总体上处于中上水平,性别、专业、年级、居住地、成绩水平、报考意愿等因素对学生专业认同影响明显。建议在科目设置、培养模式、成绩评定方式、就业理念、团体凝聚力以及职业规划方面进行完善和加强。
In the professional identity questionnaire of Sichuan Normal University sports institute undergraduate students in grade 2014-2017,from the 715 valid questionnaire data analysis,the article analyzed theinfluence of different gender,professional,grade,residential area,grade level and different entrance intention on students’professional identity.The results show that the students’professional identity score of the college is generally at an upper level,and the factors such as gender,major,grade,place of residence,achievement level and registration intention have obvious influence on the students’professional identity.It is suggested to improve and strengthen the subject setting,training mode,performance evaluation method,employment philosophy,group cohesion and career planning.
