多方向移动训练对羽毛球步法影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用文献资料法、实验法等方法,以郑州西亚斯学院2017级体育教育专业羽毛球专项学生30名为实验对象,经过为期16周的实验来探索多方向移动训练对羽毛球步法的影响。研究结论主要有:1.实验组采用的多方向移动训练对提升学生的折返跑、T形跑、专项步法成绩效果显著,这说明该训练方法除了能提升学生的灵敏、移动速度等素质外,对提升学生的步法移动速度也具有良好的效果。2.多方向移动训练与羽毛球专项步法训练是密切相关的,二者可以形成正迁移作用,有助于学生更好、更快的掌握专项步法,建立自我稳定科学的运动模式。3.在折返跑、T形跑等指标的成绩上,实验组学生均好于对照组学生;在1min跳绳、立定跳远等指标的成绩上2组学生没有呈现出差异。 By using the methods of literature and experiment,30 badminton students of physical education major in SIAS University 2017 were selected as experimental subjects,a 16-week experiment was conducted to explore the effect of multi-direction movement training on badminton footwork.The main research conclusions are as follows:1.The multi-direction movement training adopted by the experimental group has a significant effect on improving the students’performance in turn-back running,t-shape running and special footwork,this shows that the training method can not only improve the students’agility and movement speed,but also improve the students’footwork movement speed.2.The multi-direction movement training is closely related to the badminton special footwork training,the two can form the positive transfer function,is helpful for the student to master the special footwork better and faster,establishes the self-stable scientific movement pattern.3.The students in the experimental group were better than the students in the control group in turning back run and t-shape run,but there was no difference in the results of rope skipping and standing long jump between the two groups.
