全生物降解膜在芸豆生产中的特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为了解全生物降解膜的特性,为本地区推广应用全生物降解膜提供依据,以降解膜3为对照(CK),对普通地膜以及不同厚度、宽度全生物降解膜进行比较试验。试验结果表明,试验中所使用(厚度0.004~0.008 mm)的生物降解膜配套双层大棚覆盖栽培,可保证秋延后芸豆正常生产;生物降解膜前期具有较好的保温效果,但不同规格生物降解膜后期因裂解保温、控湿效果有不同程度下降;部分规格降解地膜自然裂解时间早、裂解速度快,但在田完全降解时间较长,难以满足保墒、控草、节本等要求。 In order to understand the characteristics of total biodegradable membrane and provide basis for the promotion and application of total biodegradable membrane in Yangzhou area,taking degradation membrane 3 as control(CK),we compared common membrane and total biodegradable membrane with different thicknesses and widths.The results showed that biodegradable membrane(0.004-0.008 mm in thickness)used in the experiment combined with double-layer greenhouse covered cultivation could ensure the normal production of kidney bean after late autumn.The biodegradable membrane had a good thermal insulation effect in the early stage,but the thermal insulation and humidity control effect of different specifications of biodegradable membranes decreased to varying degrees in the late stage due to pyrolysis.Some specifications of degraded plastic membranes had early natural cracking time and fast cracking speed,but the complete degradation time in the field was long,which was difficult to meet the requirements of soil moisture conservation,grass control and cost saving.
