摘要
目的:内皮细胞微粒(EMPs)具有促凝和血管收缩作用,参与血管急性心血管事件的发展。分析急性心肌梗死患者冠脉血EMPs水平,探讨EMPs与冠脉局部急性血栓形成事件的相关性。方法:冠脉介入术中收集27例急性心肌梗死患者和30例稳定型冠心病患者冠脉血标本。采用流式细胞术对EMPs(CD31)进行定性和定量检测。结果:急性心肌梗死组EMPs水平为11.10%(8.27%,13.20%),高于稳定型冠心病患者的3.92%(2.80%,7.02%),两者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性心肌梗死患者冠脉血EMPs水平升高,冠状动脉局部EMPs可能参与急性冠脉血栓事件。
Objective:Endothelial microparticles(EMPs)can promote coagulation and vasoconstriction,and participate in the development of acute cardiovascular events.To analyze the level of EMPs in coronary blood ofpatients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),and to explore the correlation between EMPs and local acute coronary thrombosis events.Methods:Twenty-seven patients with AMI and 30 patients with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD)were collected during coronary intervention.EMPs(CD31)was determined qualitatively and quantitatively by flow cytometry.Results:The EMPs level in the AMI group was 11.10%(8.27%,13.20%),higher than that in the SCAD group[3.92%(2.80%,7.02%)],P<0.05.Conclusion:The level of EMPs in coronary arteryof patients with AMIwas elevated,and local EMPs in coronary arteries may be involved in acute coronary thrombosis events.
