摘要
薪酬体系是企业整体人力资源管理体系中的重要组成部分,在人力资源管理体系中占有重要地位,同时也是企业高层管理者和员工最为关注的内容。薪酬的保障作用可以提高员工的技能,而薪酬的激励作用可以充分实现激励效应,因此,薪酬管理对于绩效提升具有非常重要的作用,在以绩效管理为核心的人力资源管理中,薪酬管理占有重要地位。论文以国能神东煤炭集团为例,对企业薪酬原则的管理与激励机制进行分析。
The compensation system is an important part of the overall human resources management system of the enterprise,it plays an important role in the human resources management system,and it is also the most concerned content of the enterprise's senior managers and employees.The guarantee function of compensation can improve the skills of employees,while the incentive function of compensation can fully realize the incentive effect.Therefore,the compensation management plays a very important role in improving the performance.In the human resources management with performance management as the core,the compensation management occupies an important position.This paper takes CHN Energy Shendong Coal Group as an example to analyze the management of compensation principle and incentive mechanism.
