国有企业发展需要党建的保驾护航。论文以此作为研究的切入点,深入探析二者之间的关系,力求找到二者之间最契合的效应点,进而更好地促进国有企业的发展。经分析研究发现,只有探索党组织工作模式、健全完善决策监督机制、提高国有企业党组织干部的政治素质等举措才能更好地促进国有企业的发展。在注重理论与实践结合的基础上,发挥出党建作为国有企业政治优势、内在发展优势的作用,进而促进国民经济的发展。

The development of state-owned enterprises needs the escort of Party building.Taking this as the starting point of the study,this paper probes into the relationship between the two,and tries to find the best effect point between them,so as to better promote the development of state-owned enterprises.Through analysis and research,it is found that only by exploring the working mode of the Party organization,perfecting the decision-making supervision mechanism and improving the political quality of the Party organization cadres in state-owned enterprises can the development of state-owned enterprises be better promoted.On the basis of paying attention to the combination of theory and practice,we should give full play to the role of Party building as the political advantage and internal development advantage of state-owned enterprises,and then promote the development of national economy.
