国有企业行政管理体制改革创新的方法探讨

Discussion on the Reform and Innovation Methods of the Administrative System of State-Owned Enterprises

近来,在我国市场经济的飞速发展下,关于运营流程中的行政管理体制的改革与创新问题也逐渐得到重视。如果国有企业想要在新的时代得到长足的发展,必然要做足准备。论文对我国当前的国有企业存在的各类问题进行分析,得出需要进行各种体制改革创新的必要性和可行性,从而发现这些现象背后所能揭示出来的问题,提出一些可行性较强的措施并探索出一条能够解决这些问题的道路。

Recently,with the rapid development of China's market economy,the reform and innovation of the administrative system in the operation process has gradually been paid attention to.If the state-owned enterprises want to make great progress in the new era,they must make sufficient preparations.This paper analyzes the various problems existing in the current state-owned enterprises in China,and concludes the necessity and feasibility of various system reform and innovation,so as to find the problems that can be revealed behind these phenomena,put forward some feasible measures,and explore a way to solve these problems.
