高水平对外开放背景下陕西企业OFDI现状及发展对策研究

Research on the Current Situation and Development Countermeasures of OFDI in Shaanxi's Enterprises Under the Background of High-Level Opening Up

2017年党的十九次全国代表大会首次提出“高质量发展”要求,指出中国经济由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段。2020年中央经济工作会议再次强调要实行高水平对外开放,推动改革和开放相互促进。陕西省位于中国内陆中心,是古丝绸之路的起点,是我国重要的高等教育和科研基地,拥有得天独厚的自然资源和劳动力资源。近年来,陕西发展了一批大型企业和企业集团,他们不仅拥有雄厚的经济实力,还具备强大的技术力量。论文通过对陕西企业对外直接投资的现状进行分析,归纳总结出当前陕西企业境外直接投资的必要性和优势性,为陕西企业在境外直接投资提出优化的对策建议。

The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)in 2017 put forward the requirement of"high-quality development"for the first time,pointing out that China's economy has shifted from a stage of high-speed growth to a stage of high-quality development.In 2020,the Central Economic Work Conference once again stressed the need to implement high-level opening up and promote reform and opening up to reinforce each other.Located in the heart of China's interior,Shaanxi Province is the starting point of the ancient Silk Road.It is an important base for higher education and scientific research in China.It is blessed with natural resources and labor resources.In recent years,Shaanxi has developed a number of large enterprises and enterprise groups,which not only have a strong economic strength,but also have a strong technical force.Through the analysis of the current situation of foreign direct investment of enterprises in Shaanxi Province,this paper summarizes the necessity and advantages of foreign direct investment of enterprises in Shaanxi Province,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the foreign direct investment of enterprises in Shaanxi Province.
