“放管服”背景下信息化对交管窗口服务质量的影响研究

在公安交管“放管服”改革的大背景下,人民群众对办结业务的简单需要已经转变为高效、快速、智能化的服务需求。信息化作为21世纪社会各领域快速发展的助推器,对于提升交管窗口服务质量意义重大。论文结合交管窗口服务的特点,提出了交管窗口服务质量信息化的影响因素,发放问卷收集相关数据,研究信息化对交管窗口服务质量的影响,提出打造服务型交管窗口的对策建议。

Under the background of the reform of"streamlining administration and delegating power,improving regulation,and upgrading services"in the public security traffic management,the simple needs of the people for the completion of business have been transformed into the needs for efficient,rapid and intelligent services.As a booster for the rapid development of various social fields in the 21st century,informatization is of great significance for improving the service quality of traffic management window.Combined with the characteristics of traffic management window service,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of traffic management window service quality informatization,issues questionnaires to collect relevant data,studies the influence of informatization on traffic management window service quality,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to build a service-oriented traffic management window.
