基于公众参与的建筑废弃物资源化利用分析

摘要 针对目前各种调控手段不足以促进建筑废弃物资源化回收利用市场发展的问题,基于公众参与的视角,以政府、公众和建筑企业为参与主体,建立三方演化博弈模型,得到收益矩阵,结合复制动态方程以及三维空间内动态相位图得到三方主体的策略空间,得到政府、公众和建筑企业的演化稳定策略。研究表明,公众监督以及政府监管成功率影响建筑企业策略选择,从而影响建筑废弃物资源化利用产业的发展。 In view of the problem that various control measures are not enough to promote the development of recycling market of construction waste recycling market,this paper is based on the perspective of public participation,the government,the public and construction enterprises are the main participants,and a tripartite evolutionary game model is established to obtain the income matrix.And obtains the strategy space of the three parties by combining the replication dynamic equation and the dynamic phase diagram in three-dimensional space,so as to obtain the evolutionary stability strategy of the government,the public and construction enterprises.The results show that the success rate of public supervision and government supervision affects the strategic choice of construction enterprises,thus affecting the development of construction waste recycling industry.
