维生素D缺乏与早期妊娠相关疾病的关系

Relationship between vitamin D deficiency and early pregnancy-related diseases

目的对妊娠期女性血清中维生素D水平与早期妊娠相关疾病的关系进行研究,包括细菌性阴道病及自然流产。方法收集60例就诊于保定市第一中心医院的早期自然流产的女性作为早期自然流产组,收集同期就诊的50例早期妊娠合并细菌性阴道病的女性作为细菌性阴道病组,收集同期于保定市第一中心医院建册的80例健康早孕女性作为正常对照组,采集所有研究对象外周血液标本检测血清中25-羟维生素含量,对各组维生素D缺乏率进行分析比较。结果早期自然流产组与细菌性阴道病组维生素D水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早期自然流产组维生素D缺乏率(43.33%)显著高于正常对照组(22.50%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.905,P=0.009);细菌性阴道病组维生素D缺乏率(42.00%)显著高于正常对照组(22.50%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.571,P=0.018)。结论血清中维生素D缺乏的孕妇可能更容易发生早期自然流产,妊娠早期维生素D缺乏还可能增加细菌性阴道病的感染风险。

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum vitamin D levels in pregnant women and early pregnancy-related diseases,including bacterial vaginosis and spontaneous abortion.Methods A total of 60 women with early spontaneous abortion who were admitted to Baoding NO.1 Central Hospital were selected as the early spontaneous abortion group.A total of 50 early pregnancy women with bacterial vaginosis were enrolled as the bacterial vaginosis group.And 80 cases of healthy early pregnant women during the same period were collected as normal control group.Peripheral blood samples of all subjects were collected to detect the content of 25-hydroxyvitamin D in serum,and the deficiency rate of vitamin D in each group was analyzed and compared.Results The levels of vitamin D in the early spontaneous abortion group and the bacterial vaginosis group was significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The vitamin D deficiency rate of early spontaneous abortion group(43.33%)was significantly higher than that of normal control group(22.50%),with statistical significance among the two groups(χ^(2)=6.905,P=0.009).The vitamin D deficiency rate in the bacterial vaginosis group(42.00%)was significantly higher than that in the normal control group(22.50%),and the difference between groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.571,P=0.018).Conclusion Pregnant women with serum vitamin D deficiency may be more prone to early spontaneous abortion,and vitamin D deficiency in early pregnancy may also increase the risk of bacterial vagino-sis infection.
