口服抗癫痫药物对于哺乳的影响

Effects of oral antiepileptic drugs on breast-feeding

癫痫是神经元高度同步化异常放电所致的慢性神经系统疾病,全世界约有5000万人患有癫痫,妊娠合并癫痫的患者约占0.3%~0.7%,抗癫痫药物(AEDs)是癫痫的主要治疗方法之一,癫痫孕妇在妊娠期及哺乳期会持续服用抗癫痫药物来控制癫痫发作。目前对各种抗癫痫药物的药物浓度及母乳喂养对婴儿的影响尚缺乏有效证据,尤其是新型抗癫痫药物。本文通过查阅相关文献,综述母乳喂养的益处及各种抗癫痫药物的乳汁分泌情况,为癫痫孕妇选择母乳喂养提供依据。

Epilepsy is a chronic disease of the nervous system caused by highly synchronized abnormal discharge of neurons.There are around 50 million people worldwide sufferring from epilepsy,in which,pregnancy with epilepsy accounted for about 0.3%to 0.7%.Antiepileptic drugs(AEDs)is one of the main treatment for epilepsy.Women with epilepsy during pregnancy and lactation will continue taking antiepileptic drugs to control seizures.At present,there is still a lack of effective evidence for the concentration of various antiepileptic drugs and the effects of breastfeeding on infants,especially the new antiepileptic drugs.This paper reviews the benefits of breast-feeding and the milk secretion of various antiepileptic drugs by referring to relevant literatures,so as to provide a basis for pregnant women with epilepsy to choose breast-feeding.
