住宅负荷节能效果模拟研究——以黄山市为例 被引量:1

摘要 以黄山市居住建筑为研究对象,使用DeST软件,讨论不同工况下传热系数与换气次数对居住建筑负荷的影响。结论如下:建议选用当换气次数为2.0次/h,传热系数接近0.2W/(m^(2)·K)时,对建筑冷热负荷影响最小;当换气次数分别从4.5次/h降低到4.0和2.0次/h时,其采暖季节能率分别为12.30%和61.33%。 Taking residential buildings in Huangshan City as the research object,using DeST software,discuss the influence of heat transfer coefficient and air exchange frequency on residential building load under different working conditions.The conclusion is as follows:It is recommended that when the air exchange frequency is 2.0 times/h and the heat transfer coefficient is close to 0.2 W/(m^(2)·K),the impact on the cooling and heating load of the building is minimal,when the air exchange frequency is reduced from 4.5 times/h to 4.0 and 2.0 times/h,the heating energy saving rate is 12.30% and 61.33% respectively.
