摘要
机床负载的变化会影响到机床实际加工效果,负载不当会引起机床过载报警。影响负载变化的因素很多,包括机械因素、电气因素、系统参数等。通过FANUC伺服电机,从交流伺服电机特性的角度阐述如何对伺服电机过载进行检测,并对伺服电机工作现场过载报警提出分析解决方案。
The change of machine tool load will affect the actual processing effect of the machine tool,improper load will cause the machine tool overload alarm.There are many factors affecting load change,including mechanical factors,electrical factors,system parameters,etc.By FANUC numerical control system as an example,expound how to detect the overload of servo motor from the perspective of the characteristics of AC servo motor,and puts forward an analytical solution to the overload alarm of servo motor at the work site.
