摘要
某车型在开发过程中,需要对整车NVH性能进行提升,利用仿真计算与实车测试相结合的手段,对动力总成悬置系统进行优化设计,有效提升车辆在怠速工况、加速工况及乘坐舒适性等方面的性能表现,该解决问题的方法和思路对于车辆NVH性能的设计有显著的指导意义。
In the development process of a certain car model,the NVH performance of the whole vehicle needs to be improved.The combination of simulation calculation and actual vehicle test is used to optimize the design of the power train suspension system,which effectively improves the performance of the vehicle in idling conditions,acceleration conditions and ride comfort.This problem-solving method and idea have significant guiding significance for the design of vehicle NVH performance.
