CTA在烟雾病诊断中的应用效果分析

摘要 目的本文旨在研究CT血管造影技术(CT angiography,CTA)在烟雾病患者的诊断中的应用效果情况。方法本实验选取2018年9月-2020年2月间于我院门诊或住院诊疗的怀疑为烟雾病的患者共计86例,其中男45例,女41例,平均年龄(56.34±17.18)周岁。所有入组患者均行头颈部联合CTA扫描及头颈血管造影(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA),以DSA检查结果作为金标准,判断CTA检查对诊断烟雾病的灵敏度、特异度、准确率情况,分析其kappa一致性情况;并比较CTA对烟雾病患者血管狭窄评分同DSA评分间的一致性,并进行统计学分析。结果CTA诊断烟雾病灵敏度为94.83%(55/58),特异度为88.89%(16/18),准确率为94.19%(81/86),kappa一致性结果为0.796;CTA对血管狭窄评分同DSA间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论CTA在烟雾病的诊断中应用效果良好、准确率高,并可以准确评估血管狭窄情况,值得推广使用。 Purpose To study the application effect of CT angiography(CT angiography,CTA)in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease.Methods This experiment selected 86 patients suspected of being moyamoya disease in outpatient or inpatient clinics in our hospital from September 2018 to February 2020,including 45 males and 41 females,with an average age of(56.34±17.18)years old.All enrolled patients underwent head and neck combined CTA scanning and head and neck angiography(Digital Subtraction Angiography,DSA).DSA examination results were used as the gold standard to determine the sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of CTA examination for the diagnosis of moyamoya disease,and analyze its The consistency of kappa;and compare the consistency between CTA’s vascular stenosis score of moyamoya disease and DSA score,and perform statistical analysis.Results The sensitivity of CTA in diagnosing moyamoya disease was 94.83%(55/58),the specificity was 88.89%(16/18),the accuracy was 94.19%(81/86),and the kappa consistency result was 0.796;CTA scores for vascular stenosis There was no statistical difference between DSA and DSA(P>0.05).Conclusion CTA has a good effect and high accuracy in the diagnosis of moyamoya disease,and can accurately assess the vascular stenosis,which is worthy of popularization.
