多学科联合不同内镜下治疗食管异物79例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 79 cases of esophageal foreign body treated by multidisciplinary combined with different endoscopy

目的分析我院多学科联合对79例食管异物患者行电子纤维喉镜、硬质食管镜与胃镜治疗的效果。方法回顾性分析山东省烟台芝罘医院2015年1月至2020年12月79例食管异物经不同内镜治疗的病例资料。结果79例食管异物中,50例行电子纤维喉镜下和硬式食管镜下治疗,29例行胃镜下治疗,硬式食管镜组治疗成功率100%,胃镜组治疗成功率为96.6%,二者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论电子纤维喉镜适合于食管入口的异物部分暴露于下咽的患者、硬式食管镜与胃镜适合于食管入口以下的异物,二者取食管异物成功率均较高,不同的食管异物可以采用不同的内镜治疗。

Objective To analyze the effect of 79 patients with esophageal foreign body treated with electronic fiber laryngoscope,rigid esophagoscope and gastroscopy by multidisciplinary combination in our hospital.Methods The data of 79 cases of esophageal foreign bodies treated with different endoscopic methods in Zhifu Hospital of Yantai,Shandong Province from January 2015 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 79 cases of esophageal foreign bodies,50 cases were treated under electronic fiber laryngoscopy and rigid esophagoscopy,and 29 cases were treated under gastroscopy.The success rate of the rigid esophagoscopy group was 100%,while the success rate of the gastroscopy group was 96.6%,and there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions Electronic fiber laryngoscope is suitable for patients with foreign body part exposed to hypopharynx at the entrance of the esophagus.Rigid esophagoscope and gastroscopy are suitable for foreign body below the entrance of the esophagus.Both of them have a high success rate of foreign body extraction,and different endoscopic treatment can be used for different foreign body of the esophagus.
