耳鼻喉科院内感染患者病原菌检测/耐药性及易感部位分析

Detection of pathogenic bacteria,drug resistance and analysis of susceptible parts in patients with nosocomial infections in otolaryngology

目的探究耳鼻喉科院内感染患者病原菌检测、耐药性及易感部位分析。方法2018年6月~2020年7月,回顾本院耳鼻喉科收治的100例患者病历资料,对其进行统计,分析院内感染患者病原菌、耐药性、感染部位。结果对100例患者经分析,发现出现院内感染者8例,其中检出10株病原菌,有5株为革兰阴性杆菌,3株革兰阳性杆菌。其中肺炎克雷伯杆菌对亚胺培献、美罗培南敏感;阳性杆菌对万古霉素、利奈唑胺敏感;苯唑西林被表皮葡萄球菌耐药,头孢唑林对铜绿假单胞菌耐药。经分析,发现常见的易感部位为手术切口、上下呼吸道、泌尿系统。结论对耳鼻喉科院内感染情况进行分析,并根据耐药性分析易感部位,尽早进行合理的干预,以此提升患者的预后效果。

Objective To explore the detection of pathogenic bacteria,drug resistance and analysis of susceptible sites in patients with nosocomial infections in ENT.Methods From June 2018 to July 2020,review the medical records of 100 patients admitted to the otolaryngology department of our hospital,make statistics on them,and analyze the pathogenic bacteria,drug resistance,and site of infection in patients infected in the hospital.Results After analyzing 100 patients,8 cases of nosocomial infections were found,among which 10 strains of pathogenic bacteria were detected,5 beads were gram-negative bacilli and 3 beads were pale gram-positive bacilli.Among them,Klebsiella pneumoniae is sensitive to imipenem and meropenem;positive bacilli are sensitive to vancomycin and linezolid;oxacillin is resistant to Staphylococcus epidermidis,and cefazolin is resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa.After analysis,it was found that the common susceptible parts were surgical incision,upper and lower respiratory tract,and urinary system.Conclusion Analyze the nosocomial infection in the otolaryngology department,and carry out reasonable intervention as soon as possible according to the analysis of drug resistance and susceptible parts,so as to improve the prognosis of patients.
