耳前组织整块切除术治疗难治性耳前瘘管的临床效果以及安全性分析

Clinical effect and safety analysis of preauricular tissue mass resection for refractory preauricular fistula

目的探析难治性耳前瘘管采取耳前组织整块切除术治疗的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月~2020年11月在我院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科中心就诊的难治性耳前瘘管患者,纳入病例66例,以双盲法分组,即参照组(n=33)和实验组(n=33),参照组辅以普通治疗,实验组行耳前组织整块切除术诊疗,总结两组效果。结果实验组总有效率显著高于参照组(P<0.05);实验组复发率、并发症较参照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论难治性耳前瘘管采取耳前组织整块切除术治疗效果令人满意,可提高临床疗效,降低并发症及复发风险,安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of treatment of refractory preauricular fistula by en bloc resection of preauricular tissue.Methods Selected patients with refractory preauricular fistula who were treated at the Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Center of our hospital from June 2019 to November 2020,enrolled 66 cases,and grouped them by double-blind method,namely the reference group(n=33)and In the experimental group(n=33),the reference supplemented with ordinary treatment,the experimental group underwent en bloc resection of preauricular tissue,and the results of the two groups were summarized.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate and complications of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of refractory preauricular fistula by en bloc resection of preauricular tissue is satisfactory,which can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the risk of complications and recurrence,and is safe.
