摘要
目的比较顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵与罗库溴铵在耳鼻喉手术中麻醉效果。方法选取2019年3月~2020年6月期间我院拟行全麻耳鼻喉手术患者100例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵)和观察组(罗库溴铵),各50例。观察两组患者麻醉诱导时(T1)、插管(T2)、手术结束(T3)时的脑电双频指数(BIS)值、4个成串刺激(TOF)值,以及患者恢复自主时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间,以及拔管后躁动、术后并发症发生情况。结果与同组T1比较,两组T3的TOF、BIS均下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,观察组T3时BIS、TOF升高(P<0.05)。对照组恢复自主时间、睁眼时间、拔管时间均明显长于观察组,拔管后躁动发生率及并发症发生率明显高观察组(P<0.05)。结论相对于顺苯磺酸阿曲库铵,罗库溴铵在耳鼻喉手术中麻醉起效快,术后肌松残余少,患者恢复快,而且不良反应轻微,在手术短小的耳鼻喉手术应用价值更高。
Objective To compare the anesthetic effect of atracurium CIS benzenesulfonate and rocuronium in otolaryngology surgery.Methods From March 2019 to June 2020,100 patients undergoing otorhinolaryngology surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group(atracurium besylate)and observation group(rocuronium),50 cases in each group.The bispectral index(BIS)value,four string stimulation(TOF)values,recovery time,eye opening time,extubation time,agitation after extubation and postoperative complications were observed in the two groups at the time of anesthesia induction(T1),intubation(T2)and end of operation(T3).Results Compared with T1 in the same group,TOF and bis of T3 in two groups were decreased(P<0.05);compared with control group,BIS and TOF at T3 in observation group were increased(P<0.05).The recovery time,eye opening time and extubation time in the control group were significantly longer than those in the observation group,and the incidence of agitation and complications after extubation was significantly higher in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with atracurium CIS benzenesulfonate,rocuronium has the advantages of rapid onset of anesthesia,less muscle relaxant residue,rapid recovery and mild adverse reactions in ear,nose and throat surgery.
