探讨双侧翼管神经切断术在治疗变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者中的可行性

To Explore the Feasibility of Bilateral Pterygoid Neurotomy in the Treatment of Patients with Allergic Rhinitis-sinusitis with Nasal Polyps

目的分析变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者应用双侧翼管神经切断术的可行性。方法选择2019年11月~2020年11月期间收治的40例变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者,以随机抽样法分组,研究组、对照组各20例。对照组采取功能性鼻内镜手术,研究组采取双侧翼管神经切断术。组间对比并发症发生率、术后的肺功能指标。结果两组的术后并发症发生率相近(15%vs20%),统计学对比无差异(P>0.05)。研究组术后的用力呼气流量、最大通气量的百分比均高于对照组,统计学对比有差异(P<0.05)。结论变应性鼻炎-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉患者应用双侧翼管神经切断术可行性高。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of applying bilateral pterygoid neurotomy in patients with allergic rhinitis-sinusitis with nasal polyps.Methods Select 40 patients with allergic rhinitis-sinusitis with nasal polyps who were admitted between November 2019 and November 2020,and grouped them by random sampling method,with 20 cases each.The control group underwent functional endoscopic surgery,and the study group underwent bilateral pterygoid neurotomy.The incidence of complications and postoperative lung function indexes were compared between groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the two groups was similar(15%vs 20%),and there was no difference in statistical comparison(P>0.05).The percentages of forced expiratory flow and maximum ventilation in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The feasibility of applying bilateral pterygoid neurotomy in patients with allergic rhinitis-sinusitis with nasal polyps is highly feasible.
